How far in advance do I need to book a marquee tent for Calgary Stampede?
Stampede season (first two weeks of July) books out fast — we recommend reserving your marquee tent 4–6 weeks in advance. Inventory is limited during Stampede week specifically. Contact us early and we'll confirm availability immediately.
Do you deliver and set up the marquee tent?
Yes. We deliver your tent the evening before your event and fully install it — staked, secured, and interior arranged to your layout. Pickup happens the morning after. You don't touch a single pole.
What size marquee tent do I need for a wedding or grad party?
Our 20×20 marquee comfortably seats 40–60 guests with tables and chairs. For smaller groups or a ceremony-only setup, it's still the right choice — with space left for a dance floor or catering area. For groups over 60, we can connect multiple units.
